MOB Float Fly
The float fly was a success as usual, although we were washed out on Saturday we had a great day on Sunday! Thanks to all that attended!

MOB Field Opening
Our field opening work party is cancelled due to the wet field, we will re-schedule in the near future.

The next meeting is scheduled for Friday June 1st at the field, bring a plane and come early to fly!

The MOB welcomes anyone with an interest in Flying R/C Airplanes to visit our scenic flying field 4 miles Southwest of Greene, NY. Our flying field is approximately 50 acres, 2 acres of which are manicured weekly by our members for use as runway, pit area, & parking. Our current membership includes: men, women, and students.

History
The Modelers of Binghamton was Founded in the late 1960's by several Singer Link employees who were enthusiastic about model aviation.

Purpose
To promote radio controlled model aviation in a safe environment while having fun and fellowship.
How much will it cost me to get started?

Airplane & Equipment:
40 ARF Trainer $130 - 140
40 Trainer Airplane Kit $80 - 110
.40 Engine $60 - 80
4 Channel Radio $130 - 150
Misc. Hardware & Covering $50 - 60
Fuel & Basic Field Equipment $30 - 50

Total: $350 - $450
Note: Engine, radio, & field Equipment can be used in future airplanes. Used equipment is also available at reasonable prices.

Memberships:
Annual MOB membership dues are $50 for adults, & $15 for students. We also require membership to the Academy of Model Aeronautics, Current AMA dues are $58 for adults, & $1 for students.

Flight Instruction
Is available to all new members.
